Guiding Those Left Behind in New York
by
Amelia E. Pohl, Vincent J. Russo, and Barbara J. Simmonds
Written by Amelia E. Pohl, Attorney at Law, with New York Attorney Vincent J. Russo as consulting counsel, and Barbara J. Simmonds, Ph.D. as consulting psychologist, the book addresses all the legal and practical things you need to do when someone near to you dies in the State of New York
During her practice of law Attorney Pohl observed that many people want to reduce the high cost of legal fees by performing or assisting with their own legal transactions. Attorney Pohl found that, with a bit of guidance, people are able to perform many legal transactions for themselves.
