Vincent J. Russo

 

Vincent Russo is the Managing Shareholder of the law firm Vincent J. Russo & Associates, P.C. of Westbury, Islandia, and Lido Beach, New York. He concentrates his practice on elder law issues. Mr. Russo is past chair of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, as well as a founding member, fellow and past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has written and lectured extensively on elder law topics, including asset protection and tax minimization.

 


 

Marvin Rachlin

 

Marvin Rachlin is "Of Counsel" to Vincent J. Russo & Associates, P.C. He lectures nationally on elder law topics and served as chief counsel to the Nassau County Department of Social Services for more than 20 years. Mr. Rachlin has been responsible for the administration of Nassau County's Medicaid program since its inception, until his retirement from Nassau County. He has also written and lectured extensively on elder law topics.
