Partner Frank L. Buquicchio has been nominated and selected by his peers—experienced Elder and Special Needs attorneys—to become a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys’ (NAELA) Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP).

Members of CAP are selected as a result of the commitment and contribution they have to their clients as well as their ethical, high-quality practice of Elder and Special Needs Law.

As explained by NAELA, CAP members must be preeminent in the field of Elder and Special Needs Law. They have a reputation as experienced, outstanding, and exceptionally skilled Elder and Special Needs attorneys, and have made substantial contributions to Elder and Special Needs Law by demonstrating leadership on issues affecting the elderly and people with disabilities in the state and local bar associations, state chapters of NAELA, and other professional activities and affiliations.

With Frank’s inclusion, there are now 10 New York CAP members and only 87 members worldwide.
