We welcome caregivers, families and friends of those with Alzheimer’s/Dementia to join us to share experiences, feelings and information.

During these meeting, you will also learn valuable caregiving information and about available community resources. This month’s speaker is Father Michael Callahan.  He will be teaching the topic of “meditation” as a means for implementing self-care.
