The promotion strengthens the firm’s core practice areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust and Estate Administration, Guardianship, Real Estate and Tax Law.

Eric has been with the firm since 2012 and already has a wealth of experience in his respective areas of expertise.

Eric counsels his clients on day-to-day legal matters, as well as establishing traditional and sophisticated estate plans, advising on Medicaid and Long Term Care planning, administering trusts and estates, representing clients in estate litigation matters, navigating through guardianship proceedings, purchasing and selling real property, and preparing Federal and New York State Estate Tax and Fiduciary Income Tax returns.

Eric is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and has lectured consumers and professionals in the areas of Elder Law, Trust and Estate Administration, and Guardianships throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens. He has also been a panelist on numerous webinars presented to a national audience in the areas of taxation and tax planning.

In addition to his legal practice, Eric is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), where he serves on the Editorial Board of the “NAELA News”, he is a member of the NAELA Tax Section Steering Committee, and he is a member of the NAELA 2018 Annual Conference Planning Committee.
