Marta Waters believes in Family Comes First as she takes care of her parents, her mother-in-law while raising her son and two nieces.  Marta and her husband have a strong belief in God and their faith.  Talk about the Sandwich Generation -They have put Family First as she takes care of the needs of her family, from coordinating home care services to making sure the children get to school on time. Not to mention taking care of day to day household chores, she needs to be ready for the unexpected as well.  We can all learn from her strenghts and skills in taking care of her parents and mother-in-law as they age in place at home.
