NYS Medicaid Home Care Program Effective October 1, 2020

In Case You Missed It:

COVID-19: How to Access Medicaid Home Care

Hosted by Vincent J. Russo

We at the Russo Law Group are very concerned about the impending changes to the NYS Medicaid Home Care Program Effective October 1, 2020.
You still have time to transfer your assets (such as your residence) into a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust prior to October 1, 2020 to avoid these new transfer penalty rules for homecare in the future.
We also urge anyone you know who may need Medicaid home care services to contact us immediately so that we can apply before December 31, 2020 (before the new rules are implemented).

The Time To Act Is Now!
