Tommaso Marasco

Tommaso Marasco is an Associate with the firm of Russo Law Group, P.C. of Garden City, Lido Beach, and Islandia, New York.  Tommaso focuses on the areas of Estate Planning and Real Estate. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Tommaso is available to assist Italian speaking clients.

Tommaso received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from New York University. He earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Touro Law Center, where he was in the Honors Program and served as President of the Italian American Student Association.

Before joining the firm, Tommaso had a solo practice in Estate Planning and Real Estate. He missed the comradery of the law firm environment, however, and chose Russo Law Group, P.C. for its combination of technical expertise, national reputation, “family” feel, and focus on Estate Planning and closely related practice areas. He was particularly excited about the firm’s commitment to Special Needs Planning, as he had developed an interest in this area before attending law school. Tommaso is dedicated to forming strong, personal relationships with his clients and providing exemplary service.

Born and raised on Long Island and a first-generation Italian American, Tommaso resides in Nassau county with his beautiful wife and two children. He is active in the community and is a Volunteer Firefighter. In his free time, Tommaso enjoys martial arts, running marathons, playing music, and painting.
