Diana earned her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Diana is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Diana began her legal career in a general practitice law firm but soon realized that her passion was to focus exclusively on elder law and estate planning. Diana’s close relationship with her maternal grandparents inspired her concentration in elder law. “My grandfather lived with us and I witnessed firsthand my mother’s struggle in caring for his advanced medical needs. I am compassionate by nature and find gratification in helping others during a time of crisis. It is my goal with every client to diminish their stress while providing sound legal advice on protecting their assets without compromising the medical care of the ill family member”.

Diana was born and raised in Queens and now lives on Long Island with her three sons. Diana is also the founder and President of a not-for-profit animal rescue organization.
