On Wednesday, June 14, 2017 we had over 110 health care professionals join us at our 26th Annual Elder Law Conference for Health Care Professionals at The Fox Hollow in Woodbury, NY.
Health care professionals were invited to join us for a comprehensive educational conference with the overarching theme, A Brave New World. Attendees enjoyed receiving updates and critical information regarding Trump policies affecting older Americans and people with disabilities, caring for the caregiver and coping with loss.
During our morning session, Vincent J. Russo, JD, LLM, CELA, CAP presented an informative lecture titled, Chaos in Washington, D.C., What’s Next? This presentation gave attendees an insight into changes we have already seen under the Trump administration as well as probable changes in law that will affect older Americans and those with special needs.
